PUT OFF

At the NBR Restaurant located at 217 28th St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI today 7/16/18 at about 11:55a stopped to get lunch with my boys, left at 12:05p. When we entered the restaurant and sat down the waitress almost immediately acknowledged our presence to her co-workers, but proceeded to do everything but seat us or even to say ‘be right with you’. We sat patiently for the 10 min. noticing that there was only about 5 tables with customers, so busy they were not, after about the 5th time she looked and walked our way just to stop at another table we left. I and my family usually enjoy the food and service, but today it was terrible.
