  Richard E. Holmes

  Attorney

  Richard Holmes received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Dayton in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 1987. Mr. Holmes is currently licensed to practice law in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Wyoming. In addition, Mr. Holmes has been admitted in multiple Federal Court jurisdictions and more than six state trial courts as special or pro hac vice counsel to attorneys. Mr. Holmes' primary are of practice is the representation of parties involved in catastrophic injury or wrongful death accidents throughout the United States and Eastern Canada, with an emphasis on commercial motor vehicle transportation cases. He has successfully tried multiple heavy trucking catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across the United States. Mr. Holmes has an extensive history of working on behalf of individuals and corporations with United States Governmental entities, including: Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Department of Homeland Security Mr. Holmes is rated A.V. or preeminent by his peers as an attorney per the renowned Martindale-Hubbell publication. Mr. Holmes served for several years on the Council of Negligence Section for the State Bar of Michigan and co-authored A Practice Guide to Depositions in Michigan, published by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He is a frequent lecturer on the representation of parties in transportation claims, commercial transportation safety, state, and federal regulatory compliance in the United States and Canada, as well as trail tactics.   Aaron David Wiseley

  Attorney

  Aaron Wiseley received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Albion College in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1999 where he was a member of the Moot Court Program and Program Director for a reading and mentoring program for Detroit schoolchildren. Mr. Wiseley is licensed in Michigan State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Wiseley has been admitted in multiple State and Federal Courts as pro hac vice counsel in Wyoming, Georgia, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky. Mr. Wiseley’s primary area of practice is the representation of individuals and families involved in catastrophic injury or wrongful death accidents throughout the United States, emphasizing on accidents involving a commercial motor vehicle or common carrier. In addition to successfully trying to verdict catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across the United States, Mr. Wiseley is also an experienced appellate attorney, having briefed and argued dozens of cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 11th Circuits. Mr. Wiseley is a trained Mediator, and a Neutral Case Evaluator in the 17th Circuit (Kent County) Court, and performs pro bono legal services through the Pro Bono Program of Western Michigan. Mr. Wiseley has authored an article published in Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly on the Graves’ Amendment and is a regularly invited speaker to discuss various transportation and litigation issues to trucking companies and long-term health care providers. Mr. Wiseley is an active member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

  Michael Stephan Dantuma

  Attorney

  Michael Dantuma received his undergraduate degree form the University of Michigan in 1988, and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 1991, where he was a member of the Moot Court National Team, winning national advocacy competition titles in 1990 and 1991. Mr. Dantuma is currently licensed to practice law in all of the state and Federal Court jurisdictions in Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and has been admitted in various other state and Federal Court jurisdictions as pro hac vice counsel to local attorneys. Mr. Dantuma’s primary areas of practice include commercial/corporate litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on the commercial motor vehicle industry. He is also involved in catastrophic injury and wrongful death accidents on behalf of the parties who have suffered injury. Mr. Dantuma is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.
